Abstract

In this essay I approach the work of Vicente Huidobro through the study of specific and crucial aspects of Juan Luis Martinez 's poetics as they inhere in his work La nueva novela [The New Novel]. I highlight the intertextual correlation between texts of both authors in order to show both the relevance of Huidobro's Avant-garde project and the critical value of that undertaken by Martinez
